Presentation of the Intesia Group Holding advisory board

The board has been meeting with our company leadership on a regular basis (2-3 times per year) in the following constellation since July 2018, under the chairmanship of Klaus Striebich and has been providing Intesia with expert advice and support when needed.

Since 2018, Klaus Striebich has been an independent and self-employed consultant with the consulting company RaRE.
He began his professional career with studies in business administration and graduated with a BA in Business Management. As an assistant manager (real estate/expansion) in the Kriegsbaum Group he was provided first points of contact with the real estate sector which he resumed as a leasing manager for ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co.KG in 1992 and proceeded as leasing managing director for 15 years all the while operating as chairman of the German Council of Shopping-Centers (Branchenverband GCSC e.V.) from 2006 to 2018.

Andreas Thamm

As managing director of the company EDGE Technologies GmbH (OVG Real Estate GmbH until 01/06/2018) Andreas Thamm has been head of the division project development in Germany since July 2016. In his position, Andreas Thamm is responsible for the growing project pipeline of EDGE Technologies Germany as well as the advancement of the EDGE Technologies Development Team.
Previously, Andreas Thamm had operated for the Metro Group/ Metro Properties at various European sites after which he lead the project development of IMMOFINANZ AG in Vienna before beginning his work for EDGE Technologies.

Gerhard Gamperl

Dipl.-Ing. Mag. Gerhard Gamperl has worked in multiple executive and management positions for VERBUND AG in Vienna/Austria since 2009; currently as head of Corporate Development, Strategy and Innovation.
Throughout his career, Gerhard Gamperl worked in various executive and management positions for national and international business enterprises with a focus on the industry, energy and infrastructure sectors (such as EDF/ASA, BSR Berlin, ABB, ÖBB, Wiener Stadtwerke).
He studied Cultural Technology and Water Management at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna and Business Management at Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Dr. Karsten Kensbock

Dr. Karsten Kensbock is a licensed specialist for tax law while also practicing real estate law. As a partner of Friedrich & Kensbock Rechtsanwälte Partnergesellschaft mbB he mainly consults medium-sized, owner-managed businesses in corporate law with a focus on corporate acquisition, restructuring and succession planning.
